Film poster

This is our progress with our film poster so far. We have the layout we wanted from looking at a similar convention of horrible bosses. We have adapted our own type of conventions to make a similar product. We have shown the expression on each character's face which we want to portray to the audience.

Print products film review

Today we work on finishing our film review, which is almost complete. I personally do not think that the quality of these products reflects our short film although we used some of the on scene shots I think we need to refer back to our audience feedback in our pitch.

Film poster and magazine review

In this week we started planning and preparing our print product of the film poster and magazine review. We first started by designing the title/masthead and then went on to the template design of the magazine review.

Our pitch of print products and audience feedback

The audience feedback we gathered from this pitch was the issue of using the real monopoly logo. It would be copyright issues. From this we will have to create our own logos which looks like a version of the original logo. The audience thought that the best image for our film review feature would be the worms eye image of when the characters opened the monopoly box. We may use this idea for our film poster. The audience liked the idea of having teaser posters which shows each characters expressions.
